- BUSINESS- Offer support in the expansion of operations or the growth of a new business. Assisting in the resolution of technical, operational, or strategic issues. Overseeing the scheduling and accounting for a freelance business. New business start-ups. Assist organizations and businesses improve performance, increase efficacy, implementation support, and overall effectiveness.
- INDIVIDUAL- Provide client-centered care for individuals in need of support with identifying goals, career changes, identifying obstacles, development of strategies, and an accountability partnership while focusing on achieving goals.
Due to the nature of each person and business being unique, and knowing there is not a strategy of solutions, we offer services that are not listed.
Founder
The founder of this company believes it is important to have a purpose. Has a passion for helping businesses and individuals thrive at their full potential. The founder comes with over 20 years of experience in the area of non-profits. Have developed a unique set of skills and competencies in business management. Worked for one of the largest companies in the region in the human resources department. Employed by one of, if not the largest non-profit in the region. Assisted businesses currently thriving today with start-up consultations, advocacy, financial stability, and support. Utilize a range of approaches (solution-driven, strength-based, classical, systems, contingency, human relations, faith-based, etc.), skilled in interpersonal, communications, community building, navigation of systems including legal (no advice only suggestions), human services and resources, project management, time-management, and mentorship.
Positions and titles in which the founder received experience are as follows: Executive director, Program Manager, Case Manager, Crisis Responder (individuals with high-risk management) Case Manager, Community Justice Case Manager, Human Resources Accounts Payable, Inventory and Procurement specialist, Board Memberships (preventative services, re-development, community development,) and the creation of programs, positions, and services. Program Coordinator, Administrative Assistant, Founder, and Leader. These positions were in a range of fields such as for-profits, non-profits, private business, education, construction, sports, recreation, behavioral health, faith-based, transportation, cosmetology, and more. All positions were not paid and some required and promoted lived experience.
